Courier of your choice
We ship with the courier the seller prefers. Tell us your preferred courier service when you confirm your order and we will book the parcel with them. If you have no preference, we will suggest a reliable courier that serves your city.
Dispatch
Orders are dispatched once the order and payment are confirmed on WhatsApp. We share the courier booking and tracking details with you on WhatsApp as soon as the parcel is booked.
Delivery time
Delivery takes 2–3 days from dispatch, anywhere in Pakistan. Remote areas may take a little longer depending on the courier.
Shipping charges
Courier charges depend on the courier, the weight of the order and the destination city. They are confirmed with your quote before dispatch, so there are no surprises.
On arrival
Please check the parcel on delivery. If the outer packing is damaged or units are missing, send us photos on WhatsApp the same day so we can resolve it with the courier. Then check every unit within 7 days of dispatch under our Warranty & Returns policy.
